Ordering Policy

OUR POLICY ON CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
We are committed to providing you the freshest raw juice, using the freshest of ingredients. Due to the 5 day shelf life of our juice this requires a great deal of preparation and we operate on a very tight schedule.   Once your confirmation email is sent out and your payment is processed your order is confirmed and is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT – Due to the made-to-order nature of our juice all products purchased from Raw Raw Cleanse online or by telephone are non-refundable BUT they may be transferred or delayed if a minimum of 72 hours notice of the change is givenIf you need to change or cancel your order you must notify us at least 72 hours before your confirmed delivery date.  We do not offer credit for cancellations made less than 72 hours before your delivery date.  Please contact us at 905 320 5025 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Cancellations made based on medical issues will be handled on an individual basis. We will request a doctor’s note and reserve the right to make decisions case by case.

ORDERS:
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website.

Telephone orders can be placed Monday –Saturday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM at (905) 320 5025.

We accept Visa and MasterCard

SALES TAX AND DELIVERY CHARGES:
All applicable charges and taxes are included in the quoted price.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your online or telephone order.  The email will contain your delivery date and the details of your RawRaw Cleanse order.
